Rhythm Fm – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Voice Of Asia Network (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), the provider of the Rhythm Fm mobile application (“the App”), collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (“User” or “you”) of the App.
1. Our Commitment to Privacy
We respect the privacy of our Users and are committed to protecting any non-personal data collected in the course of providing our radio streaming services.
2. We Do Not Collect Personal Data
We want to be clear that the Rhythm Fm app is a simple, free-to-use radio streaming application.
- No Personal Data: We do not require you to register an account. We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or any other data that could identify you personally.
- No User Accounts: Since there are no user accounts, we do not store or process data for login, password resets, or account management.

As a radio application, the App may request the following standard device permissions to function correctly:

- International Transfer: The App’s servers are located in Sri Lanka and Germany. By using the App, you understand and consent that the data collected (as described in Section 3) may be stored and processed in these locations.
7. User Rights (Under PDPA – Sri Lanka)
Although we do not collect Personal Data, the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) No. 9 of 2022 grants individuals rights over their data.
